Project Summary

Transformed Consulting provides high-stakes corporate services, including specialised operational consulting for SMEs and non-profits. The primary challenge was to build a digital presence that signaled both high-level professional authority and granular expertise. Because the services—ranging from financial oversight to complex fleet management systems—represent a significant investment, the website needed to serve as a comprehensive resource for senior decision-makers.

I worked closely with the founder to bridge the gap between complex technical data and user-centric design. While the client provided the specialised subject matter expertise, I focused on the information architecture, ensuring that heavy technical copy remained digestible and navigated logically. To add a personal touch to the corporate professionalism, I also assisted in producing an introductory video for the About Page, giving potential clients a direct connection to the leadership behind the brand.

Design Approach

The design strategy focused on "Professional Density." I utilised a clean, minimalist UI with plenty of white space to offset the content-heavy nature of the site, ensuring the text never felt overwhelming. By using a tiered visual hierarchy—strong typography, clear headings, and structured accordions—I allowed executives to skim for high-level value or dive deep into the technicalities. The color palette was kept sophisticated and corporate, ensuring that the final product felt like a high-end consulting firm rather than a standard service provider.

Marketing Impact

By providing a transparent and exhaustive look at their service capabilities, the new website significantly reduced the friction in the sales cycle. The inclusion of the introductory video humanised the high-level consulting work, building immediate trust with stakeholders.
